By booking an appointment with The Tint Guru you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Mobile window tinting is done on a weather permitting basis, and on days with high winds appointments will need to be rescheduled to an alternative day. This is in order to keep the standard of work high, as installing window film in high winds will cause excessive dust to be trapped between the film and the window, this will lead to a poor quality job, we hope you understand this, as we try to keep up the best standards possible.

Power will be required for the duration of the service and Vehicle must be parked no more than 25 meters from the power outlet.

The customer is required to present the vehicle in a reasonable and clean condition. Free from dirt and pet hair.

Appointment times are a guide only basis and arrival times can vary up to 30 minutes either side of the actual appointment time stated, if there is any delays on the day we will update you and give you a new ETA.

Parking must be available and the car must be parked in a safe location for the service to be carried out and off of a main road.

The customer is required to read all aftercare instructions and stick to this throughout the curing process.

The customer is required to give at least 48 hours to re-book or cancel any appointment.

The customer is required to leave the keys with the vehicle for the duration of the service.

We kindly ask that that we are left to carry out the service without distraction from the customer as our services require extreme concentration and any distraction can cause us delays and mistakes can often happen.
